Meet the Team
Mike Lynch – President
Over 23 years of sales and marketing experience including five years of direct sales for IBM and four years of channel sales and marketing for Hewlett Packard. Mike is an aspiring amateur golfer who understands how to use golf and instruction as an effective business tool. His specialty is listening and understanding what customers are trying to accomplish, and then creatively making it happen.
In addition to his high tech background, Mike worked 12 years at Tam O’Shanter Country Club in West Bloomfield, MI. Mike caddied, cleaned clubs, cleared and waited tables to finance his Mechanical Engineering degree at Michigan State University. He also learned to do “Whatever it Takes” to make his customers happy.
Kerry Jacobs – Account Executive
Over 19 years of sales and marketing experience including a MBA from Regis University. Her experience includes sales, marketing and customer support of high tech services and products. Kerry listens and partners with clients to deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Karen Lynch – Account Executive
Received her Bachelors in Business and Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. She joined CGI in 2006 after having worked in marketing and customer service for the previous 19 years. Karen is based out of the Chicago area.
Earned his Business Administration degree from the highly acclaimed Michigan State University. He has just recently joined CGI in the Detroit area. His background includes 26 years of sales of custom developed packaging products. Tim specializes in listening to the clients goals and using his experience to find the perfect fit for the customer.
Ryan Lohmeyer – Director of Operations
Ryan has been with CGI since 2007. He has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas.
