Having trained teaching professionals give clinics to the players and or spouses can help take your event to the next level. Our golf instructors are experts in making tournaments fun for guests of all golf levels.Below are just some of our preferred professional golf instructors.

Scotty Hofer

Scotty is a PGA Member with 12 years teaching experience and is a lead instructor at the McGetrick Golf Academy. His undergraduate studies were at Pan American University and he received Masters and Juris Doctorate degrees at The University of South Dakota. Scotty has authored works in The Golfer magazine and other local and regional publications. Scotty is an accomplished player as well, having competed for a time on the Dakotas mini-tour.

Trent Wearner

Author of thepopular book Golf Scrimmages – www.golfscrimmages.com. Top 20 Teacher in America Under Age 40 by Golf Digest. 2004 Colorado PGA Teacher of the Year. Top Teacher in the Southwestern U.S. (AZ, NM, UT, CO) by GOLF Magazine. Best Teachers in State by Golf Digest. Top 50 Kids Teacher in U.S. by U.S. Kids Golf. PGA Class A Teaching Professional exclusively dedicated to golf instruction. Past Division I Assistant College Golf Coach. Part owner of the Meridian Golf Learning Center. Top Instructor at the McGetrick Golf Academy before starting his own academy. Taught along side several nationally recognized instructors including Keith Lyford, Mike McGetrick, Mike LaBauve and Sandy LaBauve. Worked at two Top 25 golf academies/schools. Volunteers and donates his time regularly to charities, to underprivileged kids and to his students. Regularly caddies for and attends the tournaments of his students throughout the year. Teaches many of Colorado’s youth and several juniors who are ranked high nationally. Works with numerous college players and is recognized by the University of Denver Women’s Golf Team as the program’s swing coach. Guest speaker for Colorado PGA Seminars. Conducts several seminars for the Colorado Junior Golf Association each year. Contributing golf writer for Mile High Sports Magazine. Stan Sayers

Stan Sayers has earned the reputation of being one of the country's premier golf instructors and custom club fitting experts for Henry-Griffitts Inc. and Titleist/Cobra. His custom fitting clients include PGA & LPGA Tour professionals, PGA ↦ LPGA club professionals and top amateurs. Stan, a class A PGA member, has provided golf instruction for over 20 years and instructs golf professionals in the art of club fitting. Stan is married, and living in Littleton, CO with his wife Lynda and their two children Bethany and Lauren. Stan has helped countless golfers elevate their golf games to a higher level. His students include local and national junior champions and Denver Bronco MVP Terrell Davis. He is a recipient of the Henry-Griffitts Professional Club Fitter Award and has been elected to the Consumer Research Council's "Top Golf Instructors in the Country." Colorado Avid Golfer and The Rocky Mountain News featured Stan regarding his club fitting knowledge. He currently coaches Gary Hallberg and is the volunteer coach for the CU golf team

Tom Talbott

2007 Colorado PGA Teacher of the Year. “Best Teachers in State” by Golf Digest 2001-2008. PGA Class A Member with twenty years teaching experience. Authorized Golfing Machine Instructor G.S.E.M. Five years at McGetrick Golf Academy. One season at Rick Smith Golf Institute. Client list reads as a Who’s Who in Colorado junior golf. Adult students include 2004 CGA Senior Player of the Year. Multiple Individual State High School Champions. Multiple Team State High School Champions. Multiple National junior winners. Multiple students now playing college golf on scholarship. Coaches five collegiate players who are the number one player on their respective teams. Golf tips published in Avid Golfer Magazine, Rocky Mountain News and the Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Castle Rock papers. Golf Tips on Altitude Sports Television, ESPN and KOA radio. Speaker at several Colorado Section PGA Teaching Seminars Presently works with over 100 young adults. Volunteers his time with juniors on a regular basis. Attended every Boys and Girls 4A & 5A High School State Championship for the last eight years. Traveled to Carmel, California for instruction with juniors the past four years. Has an open door policy with his students on many matters not just golf and his students call him at home. Attends numerous other events of his students, for example, graduations, school plays, basketball, football, baseball, soccer games, and more. Volunteers for many Colorado Section PGA events Teach-a-Thon and Women In Golf Day. Caddied for various students in tournaments. Instrumental in helping students apply for and be accepted to college by making tapes, sending letters, and calling coaches. Chosen by a National Honor Society recipient as the person who has had a significant impact on his life and attitude towards education
